17 Seconds of Positive

I have recently been listening to the teachings of Abraham Hicks. As I am a new listener to this Law of Attraction teacher, I haven't really formed a strong opinion about what is going on there with Esther channeling Abraham. No matter. The lessons are teaching me about managing my thoughts so I can manage my emotions so I can have positive beliefs and so, create a happy life. I think more people should pay attention to the messages of Abraham because one message heard might change everything for someone.

To start at the beginning means to start in the morning to build positive momentum. The moment I wake up I practice thinking 17 seconds of positive to get my mind/energy/vibration moving in the right direction. It's just a short moment where I think about and look at the good in my life and focus on gratitude. Abraham calls this "getting out ahead of it", "it" meaning my vibration and how I create or manifest my life experiences. If I can "get out ahead of it" and gather some happy momentum, it's less likely that I can be knocked off my positive momentum horse by someone I meet up with on a negative momentum horse.

For 17 seconds when I wake up, I remember I am joyous. I am empowered. I have freedom. I have love. I have knowledge. I have abundance. I am appreciative. I am grateful. I have enthusiasm and I am eager to start my day. I am happy. I am passionate about what I do and who I am. Basically, I start my day with positive momentum and know that I will manifest and fly all day on a "high-flying disc" and, so, have a day filled with feeling awesome.

I encourage you to listen to Abraham Hicks to see if you are in a place to be receptive to this message. If you are, it just might change your life.
